Many did in the past. Roosevelts (both) were fishermen, as were both Bushes, Clinton, Taft, and others. The current one does not seem to care for outdoorsy type activites though, save Golf and Basketball.
Hoover was probably the best known for his fishing, but Truman, FDR, and Coolidge all liked to fish on occasion. Cleveland and Arthur also loved to fish.
