There are a couple different kinds of hypoallergenic dogs. These include the Bichon Frise, Schnauzer, Yorkshire Terrier (or Yorkie), Bedlinton Terrier, Shih Tzu, Poodle, Italian Greyhound, Basenji, Chinese Crested, and the Samoyed.
There are many breeds of hypoallergenic dogs but a good one is a West-Highland-Terrier (better known as a Westie). They are a small size and love to be cuddled and played with. They're good with children also! If you want more of a selection I suggest you look up "Hypoallergenic Dog Breeds" on Wikipedia. Poodles and Portuguese Water Dogs are also low-dander (though not truly hypoallergenic) breeds.
The question as written, "What dogs are non-hypoallergenic?" would be asking for a list of dogs that do cause allergic responses. If that is the question, the answer is: since it is not possible to have a 100% hypoallergenic dog, the non-hypoallergenic breeds would be every breed.
However if the question is really asking for a list of dogs that are less likely to cause allergic responses from contact with them, their saliva, or dander, see the related question below for the answer to that question.
For one example of dogs that are less likely to cause Allergies, breeds that don't shed, or shed very little, such as the Cairn Terrier are usually considered a good choice for people with allergies or Asthma. But as you will read in the related question below, the breed that doesn't bother one person, may well bother another. So you really need to test the allergic response of the individual to the breed and also to the individual dog. See below for more.
There are many hypo allergenic dogs including:
-poodle
-bichon frise
-shih tzu
-Maltese
-Yorkshire terrier
- Portuguese water dog
-soft coated wheaten terrier
There are many to choose from. "Hypoallergenic dogs" are those that shed very little because it is thought that they produce and expose less dander, which is what causes allergies in humans. So, it really depends on what your preference is as to the dog's size, personality, grooming & exercise needs, energy level, etc. If you want to get an idea of the dogs you can choose from, you can visit the Non Shedding Dogs Blog.

No, Chows are seasonal shedders but actually shed lightly through out the year. However, no dog is truly hypoallergenic.
No dog is truly hypoallergenic, and setters are definitely not a breed that some people consider 'hypoallergenic' or low allergy.

There is actually no such thing as a hypoallergenic dog. Poodles do not shed, and this helps with allergies. It is still possible to be allergic to poodles, though. If the poodle is mixed with a shedding dog, the dog may shed. It just depends on what dog the poodle is bred with.
There are no hypoallergenic breeds of dog.
