You mean "pain in your appendix," but that's okay.
In most people, the appendix is in the lower right portion of the abdomen, but this is not 100%... it can instead be on the left in some individuals, though this is rare.
If you are doing the packet for class- it is in the Right Lower Quadrant :)
Appendicitis pain is right lower quad (its where the appendix is located). If its inflamed you'll have exceptional palpating discomfort.

There could be something wrong with your spleen. You could have Pancreatitis. You could have IBS. You may have appendicitis, or something is wrong with you digestive tract. Most of these options would require a fast trip to the ER

I'm don't think I have every heard of that. Since appendicitis is caused when the opening gets clogged I would guess that the larger the opening the less likely you are to get appendicitis. In truth I doubt it matters for anything.
