Patient feels vague weakness, has body-ache and then he develops fever and sore throat. He gets ulcers in the mouth. He develop rash on the body, specially on the palms and soles of the feet. It may become vesicular from maculopapular. These are the symptoms as well as signs of the disease.

Sores on the hands, feet, and inside the mouth. It's usually contagious before the rash shows up though.
