Why do you like religion?
Religion is good because religion teaches us the ABC of God. It teaches us the meaning of prayer, it helps us build our connection with God, it gives us faith and hope, courage and enthusiasm. Religion is the basic foundation. It is the kindergarten of our life, of our spirituality, of the ultimate goal of realizing we are the Soul. Therefore, it is good to like religion, it is good to like God. Initially, our God has a name and a form. Every religion proclaims their God to be the real God. But while we like religion, and we grow our faith, we have to go beyond religion. There comes a time in life when we have to leave religion like we leave kindergarten and we go on to a university. We have to leave religion and we have to graduate in the university of spirituality. Realize the self and realize God, this is our goal.
Would god leave us?
God would not leave us. He is a good, kind, loving, and merciful God. And His love endures forever (Psalm 100:5).

God has no religion. We, us people, have built religions around him. Humans made Christianity, not god. We humans made Hinduism and every other religion out there not god.

Spirituality is not meditating on the intangible imaginary God. Rather it is observing the same behavior that the gods we believe in practiced. Spirituality is not being able to associate with the God rather bringing the God within you in action. Religion, on the other hand is your actions that help you pursue humanity and the highest truth. Religion is your discipline in achieving your God in all possible situation without any differences. Alas, people have failed over and again in deriving the true nature of Religion and used it as a source of creating differences abiding by their ego. When you fail to prove the God within you, you need a justification which today people have assumed to be their religion.
