A "verbal" agreement isn't worth much. If you don't have a written agreement you can't prove there was any agreement at all. I would contact the business and see if they will document your verbal agreement.
I do not believe that you have to but I do believe that it's recommended that you do.
Depending from state to state, most collection agencies cannot garnish your check unless you have signed for them to do so or they have a court order to do so. If you have signed I believe you can still rescind that agreement if you are current on payments. You can consult an attorney free of charge over the phone if necessary, find one in your area.
Unless they have specifically requested you not too include their first name, or have an agreement with you to remain anonymous, then I believe the answer would be no.
Very unlikely. His "link" to the illuminati is that: 1. His jersey number was 23. Certain fanatics believe that 23 MIGHT be linked with the illuminati. 2. He has a commercial agreement with Gatorade, which is owned by Pepsi. 3. (This is the best part) Certain fanatics believe that Pepsi is an illuminati business.

I believe I understand your question. They are called Collection Agencies. Hope this helps.
Most economists believe the future of business cycles will continue to ebb and flow. They believe business cycles will continue to drive the economy.

collection i believe is a company that sets you on a payment plan to make it easier for you to pay. charge off you will never beable to get credit it is paid off but you will never be able to get a loan To my knowledge, charge off means the business charged it off as a loss and collection means they are pursuing the person for the money or paying an agency to pursue the person for the money.
effectively prostitution, that i believe is a business=)
