It doesn't really make cells. It contains information to create new cells but it doesn't actually make them. The process is called MITOSIS. Or also known as ASEXUAL REPRODUCTION. Look them up. It will help. I am in yr 9. Just sat a Biology exam.

What is the role of urea in DNA extraction?

Urea is a chaotropic agent, and its role is obviously denature proteins and DNA, and promote more stability to the system, breaking the hydrogen ligations between DNA and water and making the intramolecular ones more stronger.

Role of grinding tissue in DNA isolation?

Grinding is the simplest way of breaking open cells and releasing its contents. Since DNA is located within the nucleus in eukaryotic organisms, the first step in most DNA isolatino protocols involves breaking cells open
