What rules did Jesus have to follow?
Jesus followed the true law of Moses that had been given at Mt. Sinia.
Christians don't need to follow a set of rules. Jesus told his disciples .....love God and love your neighbour. If there are any rules for Christians to follow these two would be them. However Christians are told to imitate Christ - 1 Cor 11:1, walk in the spirit - Gal 5:16, be motivated by the love of Christ - 2 Cor 5:14.
A disciple is an 'imitator' of Jesus who fully kept God's Commandments - all ten: John 14:15New King James Version (NKJV)Jesus Promises Another Helper15 If you love Me, keep[a] My commandments. Footnotes: John 14:15 NU-Text reads you will keep. Consider if you will, how the world would be if everyone did not murder, have sex with a married person, lie, steal, greatly desire what belongs to another... These 5 Commands teach mankind how to live…
The christians have to follow the 10 commandments. The 10 commandments were for the Jews, the purpose was to show us we can not keep them, and need to have blood shed for the remission of sins, hence Jesus dieing on the cross for our sins, Jesus summed up the 10 commandments into two, Love God and love your neighbor.
What are the names two types of Christians as per the ones who follow Jesus and the non followers of Jesus?
zath- authentic Christianity is where people just follow what Jesus says and listens only to his word, on the other hand, religious Christianity is where you have a bunch of rules you have to follow, and it is where you focus on the WORD more than the GOD part, I'll leave you on this note, Jesus was one of the most non-relgious people in history.
