Erector spinae are the muscles that move the vertebral column.It is the largest muscle mass of the back, forming a prominent bulge on either side of the vertebral column.It is the chief extensor of the vertebral column. The sacrum goes steep backward from the last lumber vertebra. Here no curve is described probably. So you have lardosis of cervical and lumber vertebrae. You have kyphosis of the thoracic vertebrae.
