The fuel relay controls the fuel pump, so where are the bare wires? If the relay isn't getting any power then the fuel pump will never turn on, unless you want to bypass it to check the pump. If the bare wires are going to your fuel pump relay you have your problem... if not, either way, bare wires are a problem.

with a test light ensure you are getting power out from the switch, at the same time you should be getting power out of the relay . if your not getting power to the switch but you do from the fuse it can also be in the line.-then determine the cause or keep a spare relay
See if power is getting to fan motor--connect a test light and turn on A/C or defroster--if getting power to motor. Then motor is bad. If you are getting no power then the fuse is blown or the relay is defective.
If you don't have power to your fuel pump you have either blown the fuse ( or a fusible link), the fuel pump relay has failed or you have a shorted wire somewhere in the circuit.
Code 35: Radiator fan relay open or shorted
You should check the battery if it is good. Try checking to see if the power is getting to the starter when you push the button if not it might be a falty relay .If power is getting to the starter (12 volt . If less check power going into your relay ) starter may need to be replaced or repared.
on a Mazda 626 there is a fuel pump relay check to see if you have a power signal from the relay to the pump, if so make sure there is power to the pump.
Code 33 is air conditioning clutch relay circuit An open or shorted condition detected in the a/c clutch relay circuits.
There is no resetting it. Either your circuit won't close (could be due to a broken switch, broken or shorted wiring, a bad relay, etc.) or the window motor is toast.
