Once people become adults "normal" BP never changes its 120/80 for your lifetime. But keep in mind that's an average and that woman who are usually of slighter build run on the bottom of that average like 110/70. age doesnt matter, as long as person is done growing.

The ideal blood pressure for a 70 year old male is below 120/80. This should be measured after sitting for 5 full minutes, relaxed, feet flat on the floor and the arm supported by a table at heart level. Do not retake the blood pressure in the same arm until 5 minutes have elapsed. It is a good idea to take the pressure in both arm. The readings should be fairly close (within 15 mm) Normal resting breathing rates can be between 12-20 A normal heart rate for an adult male in a resting position after 5 minutes should be above 60, and below 100. Certain medications and health conditions can change both of these readings
