The low side ac port on a 1997 Pontiac Firebird should be located on a hose on the passenger side. The hose is close to the radiator.
The timing should be 8 degrees
I use 10W-30
It's been a while since I've messed with point type distributors, but if I remember correctly it should be 28-32 degrees.
should be under a cover passenger side back of the car
10w30 motor oil should work nice
A Pontiac dealership and they will give it to you for free or at least they should or try your local auto parts store

should be on the driver side, right under the vin number.
