The timing marks should be on the driver's side of the car down by the harmonic balancer on a small plate. theres usually a "pointer" on the drivers side. its attached with two of the front cover bolts. When you look down at your Harmonic balancer there should be something about it that you see that looks kinda like saw teeth with numbers in the gaps. The zero or line whichever year you have should be on the Harmonic balancer.

Remove the big center bolt that holds the harmonic balancer in place. If you have a complete hub puller assembly, it should screw into threaded holes. You'll need to work something out to protect the crankshaft threads when you tighten down the puller, just be aware that you don't want to destroy the crankshaft by messing up the threads. assuming the crank is out,cool it in the freezer and warm the balancer ,the balancer should slip on. be careful ! I have not done this with a crank and balancer,but it works well in other applications. ie.sleeves in blocks.
