Prepare well - learn about the company.

Be ready to answer questions like "Why do you want this job?", "What attracted you to this company?", "What are your career plans and how does this job fit in those plans?", "Can you provide an example of a time when you demonstrated teamwork or leadership?".

Have a couple of questions prepared to ask the interviewer - even if you have to make some questions up. It shows you are thinking and are interesting. You could ask, "What is the average length of time an employee remains at your company", "What strategies do you employ to insure employee satisfaction"

Make sure you have suitable clothing, check out what employees wear to work at the company and wear similar clothing - you want to demonstrate that you can fit right in to their company.

The night before the interview give yourself extra time to get an early night. On the day of the interview aim to get there at least 20 minutes early - as it can sometimes be difficult finding the exact room where the interview is occuring.
