- It's time you stopped and considered the fact that you are too bossy with your friend and you should stop doing it. Friendship is about sharing; respect and honesty. No one should be bossed around. Your friend's father gave her poor advice and she should not punch; hit or push you around as that is the start of bullying tactics. You are still good friends and when you have a best friend that is a gift to both of you and there will be disagreements in your relationship and it's human nature, but you work out your problems. Admit to your friend you could have been a little bossy with her and you apologize and both of you try to agree to disagree and treat each other with respect. You cannot always have things your way and your opinions may not always be right.

You are in total control of yourself and if you allow your friend to get away with this behavior then you are enabling this behavior and it will continue. Once you show her you refuse to take her nasty moods and tantrums she will either change her ways or you need to find a new friend.
