Just like humans a cat can get a stomach ache. Sometimes rubbing their stomach will help. You can also phone your vet and ask what you could give the cat to settle down their stomach (or trapped gas.) Sometimes Pepto bismol is used but DO NOT SELF MEDICATE YOUR CAT! Cats are medicated by weight as are dogs. Talk to the vet and if the cat's stomach won't settle down please take it into the vets.

∙ 11y agoIt would depend firstly on how long you think you have had it. Was it after you ate something? If so, you may just need to let it pass through you and it might stop. If you overate, then you will have to do the same thing, but if the problem has been going for longer than a day and it feels as thought the pain is getting worse, it would be wise to see a doctor as it could be a number of reasons varying in severity (which I won't mention in case you would instantly diagnose yourself with the worst condition).

∙ 15y agoYou need to see a vet as soon as possible; kittens cannot easily fight these conditions and will very likely need professional examination and medication. Bear in mind your pet could well also be infectious, so isolate it from other animals, especially other cats. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly every time after handling the kitten, or its litter tray, bedding and so on.
