If you are a teen with a crush on a married older person, you should develop an interest in outside hobbies and start dating people your own age. You should avoid spending too much time with the object of your affection, and in particular, make sure not to spend time alone with them. Under no circumstances should you tell them how you feel. Best case scenario they will laugh at/pity you. It's totally normal for you to have these feelings but acting on them or spending too much time obsessing about them will only harm you in the long run.
