Sucking on an ice cube can help numb the pain for a while, but my guess is that if you drink some plain hot water it will help too...
but toothpaste on bitten area, gargle warm slat water, dont eat spicy foods,
if you bite your tongue and it bleeds, rinse mouth out thoroughly with warm salt water, this will sooth it and stop infection
if and ever ur tongue is bruised try to eat less of spicy food and mouth is the fastest healing part of the body so you may not have to live without spicy food for too long .may god help Japan in the time of disaster. please pray for them
You should see your doctor as soon as possible. You probably need an antibiotic, and you will need a prescription for that.
Cutting it or something else that would cause pain?
when your tongue hurts you just relax and massage it a little bit.
take advil...
not really, but they have to numb your mouth first & that hurts
because it really hurts a lot
the very first time it hurts because me, i have had 14 teeth pulled for braces and it hurts some of the times.
because it hurts in the tooth. most of the time only one tooth hurts. if more than 1 tooth hurts, its called multiple toothaches. if your whole mouth hurts, consult a dentist.
use orajel. apply it to the part of the mouth that is sore or hurts, it will numb the spot that hurts for a while You should also strongly consider seeing your dentist, depending on what type of pain you are experiencing (not necessary if you have a canker sore, important if you are experiencing nerve pain).
Mouth sore i just answered my own question thanks guys...
If you have bumps on back of your mouth and under your tongue and it hurts to swallow, you are most likely coming down with some kind of virus. It may be strep throat and will need to be checked out by a physician.
I think that you need to elaborate on this question, becausethe answer is obvious, it is like asking why getting punched inthe mouth hurts, or why getting hit by a car hurts?
your jaw hurts from chewing hard gum
Take it to the vet. Especially if its not eating because its painful.
It's fine. It happens to everyone. It's called a canker sore, and it is made from the friction of the tongue rubbing the inside of the mouth
It hurts the most on the roof of the mouth though am not about the jaw muscle but im probbly gonna get one today so ill edit what i think!
