Trick question here. DID the lender accept the partial like they said? If so, they did what they said they would do. Did the lender say they wouldn't repo?? If so, can you prove it?? IF so, call a local attorney for state specific advice.
for what? anyway, not usually.
Although I new I couldn't afford to make the monthly payments on the car, I bought it anyway.
18, but most boys lied about there age and were accepted anyway (:
A partial list (those in public domain, anyway) is available at the link below:
It is not a good idea. If that person does not make any payments then you are on the hook. The ownership can not be changed anyway, because it is listed as security under a registry.
They can repo anytime you are in DEFAULT of the contract. 2010-09-21: Also, in addition to the answer: While the bank can reposses when the repo clause comes into play, I don't know of any instance that once a bank agreed upon partial payments, they reneged and repo'd the vehicle anyway. Remember: they'd rather have the money than the car. If it comes to haveing it repo'd through a repo company, the bank would still rather have their money than share it with a repo company. The person at the bank that you speak to is being watched by the bank manager, etc., blah blah, and he or she would rather keep good information on the books. He or she, as far as my experience, will help you in your situation.
A room full of gold and two rooms filled with silver, Pizzaro accepted the tribute but killed him anyway.
Yeah, sure you can start a sentence with although. For example: Although I new I couldn't afford to make the monthly payments on the car, I bought it anyway.
you will probably be able to miss about 4 payments before you receive a drop dead letter warning you to pay all of it up now or else and you will most likely need to move out about 1 1/2 months after that drop dead letter arrives unless you can get a second mortgage loan. you can get an extension if you put the house up for sale and get a prospective buyer to agree to purchase and if you submit a hardship letter to the bank with proof of financial abilities before the foreclosure date. Remember you are in default and the closer you get to the foreclosure date the more vulnerable you will be to the mortgagor. The lender is not ogligated to accept your payments if you do not send the full amount-- in fact if you send only a partial payment they will still have the right to foreclose on you and they have the right because you did not pay the entire amount owed-- if you don't bring the account current they are likely continue with the process and still take the house and they will keep the partial payment you sent to them because in reality-- it is owed to them anyway.
I did. It depends on what you write as an admission essay and if you can get recommendations from alumni of the university you are applying to. A lot of the time you will not get accepted but it doesn't hurt to apply anyway. Good luck!
GET the car(if you want it), make arrangements with LENDER to do what they will expect you to do anyway....NO DONT pay for it and YES it will be bad
As far as I'm aware, the solids have to be soluble in the mobile phase. When columning to purify in a synthetic lab anyway, you can see that partial solubility is ok to be able to get something off of a colum
Its a binding contract and after enough finance charges and slams to your credit Im pretty sure they would repo it? So I would say yes, considering you signed up to make payments on it they expect it and the Bank/Loan Agency Expects their money back in anyway
yes because they didnt know how wegners inteligence was and they should have tried it in the firts place anyway it would have helped relize that his hypothesis waas correct when they dobt of him!
Since the cosigners isn't paying, unless you start paying instead, and catch up on all late payments, the dealer or the bank will repossess the vehicle shortly anyway, so your question is moot.
Your annual statement that you receive is most likely just your renewal notice letting you know what your premium will be for the next year and if there is any change. If you make monthly payments then the notice is not asking for the premium to be paid all at once in addition to your monthly payments. If you have questions about your policy, payments, coverages, etc. you should go in an speak with your agent. I would recommend that you go in to review your coverages every couple of years anyway.
I don't think your score will tank, utilization should be around 35% of your credit limit anyway.
That depends on the circumstances you are in. If you can't make payments, then no amount of refinancing will solve the problem. If you can make payments, but you need to pay less or for a longer term, then a private mortgage company might be able to help you... just make sure the terms are something you can live with, and you don't make a really bad deal trying to save something that you are going to lose anyway.
I believe that anyway is an adverb.
In the house anyway I go is blocked
Sparta felt that they really didn't need any outsiders but they accepted them anyway because if one of there of there people die they can just replace them with one of the outsiders. Hope you like my answer :D
Click settings on the top right hand corner of the screen. Click it and a pop up menu should appear, click on 'My Payments' (second from the bottom) then it should take you to another pop up menu and on the top right hand corner somewhere should be a 'Cancel recurring payments' (something like that anyway). click on that, then it should take you to another pop up page/menu and at the bottom of that pop up page there are two options one that says 'Yes,I'd like to keep my recurring payments' that one is shaded pink but the other one says 'No,I'd like to cancel recurring payments' which is shaded grey. click on the grey one if you are 100% sure you want to cancel payments. Hope I helped :).
I just got out of a relationship like that. He would verbally abuse me and make me feel like crap. He's not going to think he has problems when everyone else knows that he does. My boyfriend had very bad mood swings. He would tell me he loved me one day and turn around and call me a bitch the next. I say, if he's abusing you in anyway, leave him.

It actually depends on what form you are using the word "anyway" in. Here are 2 examples: "So anyway, I went to the mall" or "She probably would've done it, anyway."
