What happens when you get sick?

rest, take some medicine but dont take more than it says other wise u'll feel worse!! make sure your not cold,and make sure you drink anough and have some-thing healthing but plane to eat, like toast without butter, make sure you have plenty to sleep and get a bit of fresh air

well you want to stay in bed , don't eat much but drink PLENTY of liquids. If you have a temp. you should stay away from most people you should keep some one in the house with you. If you get worse go to the doctor's office.

there are many ways to act sick but my cousin taught me the best its the perfect way to pretend to have a stomach flu........ take 2 laxatives and put onions under your armpits there u go and also make fake throw up have fun missing school. Also you can find some coins and lick them and put them in ur mouth. U will get really sick. But dont go over board.

A apple will help you stay better and not get sick. that and tylonel or advil. I get the apple idea from the saying " an apple a day keeps the doctor away, " so yeah that is what I would do.

Actually, if you take an advil or tylonel, that makes you sick even longer. When using tylonel or advil, it might seem like it makes you feel better, but ACTUALLY, its making you sick for about 3 more days. (the fever is what kills the germs) The reason why is because it takes your fevor down to a normal tempurature. By doing that your telling your immune system to stop fighting the sickness. After the pills wear off, you feel even worse. To keep from being sick you should eat healthy. Putting junk food and all those chemicals into your body is wearing down your immune system. Causing the percent of getting sick with a virus to increase. So if you eat healthy and stay active, you'll have a higher chance of not getting sick. HOWEVER. If you are already sick, heres what you should do. Your body is fighting the virus, which may cause you to become drowsy, what I would do is take naps as many times you need to during the day. You should also go outside to get some fresh air for your mind and muscels. I hope I helped you.

Find a good book such as The Hobbit, The Supernaturalists, Eragon or the Septimus Heap series! Or watch tv, cuddle up with lots of blankets and pillows and take a nap, have some soup, Facebook has TONS of gaming apps, try Fish World, FarmVille or Sorority Life! Take a hot bath, it's feels better than a shower when your sick, to help a sore throat by gargling warm water Cayenne pepper!
