Once when I had a rash on my upper legs, I put some calamine on it and that helped a lot. Within the next 10 to 11 hours the redness had been reduced and it didn't hurt after about 1 minute of putting the calamine on it. That may not fix it for you but it worked for me.

If you have a bad rash that will not go away you should go and see a doctor.

However, camomile lotion is good at soothing a rash.

See a doctor as there are numerous conditions which could cause those symptoms and it would be pointless applying the wrong treatment.

probably cetaphil or some type of cream that you usually use, except if it gets worse you have to go to the doctors

Nothing. Take diphenhydramine (Benadryl in the US) by mouth to cure a rash. If that doesn't work, see your doctor to find out what's causing the rash and get a cure for it.
