if you are in a relationship with someone you should feel comfortable bringing up the subject. If both of you are too shy to do so you can say my best friend just had her first kiss with whoever she's seeing at the moment then build on the subject asking whatever you wanted to discuss about kissing... Or you could skip all the talk and just kiss him cause if he's a straight guy he probably won't mind.
