Won't let me paste a picture so hopefully you can get the answer from what I am trying to say. Your content pane is located in your computer/documents window explorer. If you are in your computer window explorer, it will be the portion that shows you what you have installed on the computer. This portion includes the Hard Disk Drives, Devices with Removable storage, and your Network Locations. If you are in your Documents window explorer, it will be the portion of the window that shows you what files and folders you have in this section.
Click on the 'My Computer' icon on your desktop. That will open a window that shows what storage devices are available on your computer.
If you want to make a new folder go to Computer then click on the button that shows which is your flash drive. Click File or Organize then click on New Folder then name your folder. Next if your picture is on your computer go to the picture then right click on the picture then go to Send to then click on the name of your flash drive. Then go to Computer click on the name of your flash drive then drag the picture to the folder you want it to go. That is all you have to do.

The left pane of Windows Explorer shows the drives and folders in a layout called a tree. There is a + symbol to the left of each. Clicking on it shows all the folders stored in that drive. If there is a + beside the folder, clicking on it will show the subfolders stored in that folder. The right pane shows all files and sub-folders in the folder that you are currently viewing with Explorer. For example, if you click on "My Documents" in the left pane, all the files and folders in the "My Documents" folder will display in the right pane. what part of the window shows the name you opened
I believe your talking about (BootCamp) Windows 7 OS, as I haven't run into that one on the Mac side yet.The cookie is IN the Local Documents folder. Either in the physical folder or in an invisible temporary cache folder with the same name.If you if you click on the warning window for the Virus/Malware app that popped up the cookie warning and it takes you to a folder with numerous other similar files then you can delete it right then. If it just shows a window with other folders but no files it should just be referring to an invisible "temporary" Cache file, so you won't be able to do anything with it.If you follow the path it usually has a dot in front of it, which means it's invisible and it says it's in a "temporary file" etc... The next time you close the app IE, FireFox, etc, it should (sometimes) erase it or restart the computer it will (should) erase those files.
