3/16 inch since you are using a screw and you want the threads to catch the wood
if you meant lag bolt, make it 5/16 inch so the bolt will slide through
In most materials I would drill a 3/8 hole for this. It would have helped if you told us what material you are drilling for a better answer.
I would pre drill a 3/16 hole for 3/4 of the length of the lag bolt.
1/16 less than the diameter of screw, or the same diameter as the barrel (the part inside the threads)
I use 1/4 drill bit for a 5/16 lag screw in most materials.
quarter inch drill bit
A 3/16 drill bit.
You should use a bit that is just a little bit smaller, but only drill the depth about 2/3 of the distance. This will allow solid penetration into the undrilled wood. 5/16 lags = 3/16 or 1/4 pilot drill bit.
It depends on the material you are fitting it into. In most wood I pre-drill a 1/4 hole for this. In softer woods i would drill a smaller hole .
You remove the screws or lag bolt attaching it to the structure.
"After downloading that game my computer started to lag." or "Come on speed up dont lag!"
prehaps reduce the inooculum size?
Sims 3 is a brilliant game, however, is HUGE in size and will probably lag up your computer.
yes but it will lag a bit
yes but u might get a bit of lag
Get data install on the game and it should help out the lag a bit. If not, check your umd (if its pirated, youre a terrible person and theres nothing we can do about that) and/or your disc reader. If they are dirty, clean them up. That should fix up some lag as well.
