While it would bolt in, it would never run correctly. The 2002 didn't have a 5.2L option. The 1995 has EGR, the 2002 doesn't.
The fuel filter is on the inside of the truck frame on the driver side. The bolt holding the filter bracket onto the frame is on the top side. It takes two hands and a 1/2" box-end wrench to remove the bolt.
