The oil filter will be determined by the engine - either a 3.0 or 3.8.
The auto parts store will tell you what brands they have to choose from for your engine.
I'm pretty partial to the Motorcraft myself.

I believe that this filter is a perminant part of the fuel pump. You can install a 2nd in line if you want but there is no need

You need a repair manual. Purchase one at most auto parts stores.
The air filter is located in the air cleaner housing, on top of the engine. You will need to remove the air cleaner housing cover to access the air filter.
