Use a 3/8 ratchet and the correct size socket on the drain plug.

Unfortunately you can't just change the motor. You have to buy and replace the whole assembly including the window. Its a rip-off but the motor, ratchet, arms and window comes as one replacement assembly.
You have to remove the engine mount on the left side of the motor, loosen the tensioner with a 3/8 ratchet, and slip the belt out
Remove the long bolt from the front motor mounts (not the 4 holding it to the radiator support) and flip them up. Put a ratchet strap on the D/S engine lifting point to the rear of the bumper support and ratchet. Be careful not to crush the rear of your cooling fans.
