The health and diet market is growing each year and with the rise in tablets and smartphones the software and applications available to monitor your health and diet at home is growing exponentially. There are tools online to fill in daily giving you tips and advice and show you your progress, such as the Weightwatchers app. There are devices and bracelets to wear, such as Fitbit, Omron, Nike's fuelband, Jawbone's up, which you attach to your person, which measures your activity and thus your calories burned. Their is software that checks your cholesterol, blood pressure, heart rhythm, and blood sugar levels which can be installed on your computer, such as the onetouch Diabetes Management Software.
