Yes, there are plenty. Of course, some songs aren't specifically "gay" except in the ear of the listener (try Doris Day's "Secret Love"). Others can become gay, simply depending on whether the singer decides to change (or not change) the pronouns in the lyrics. Many songs are written with a particular (assumed straight) orientation; when performed by a singer of the opposite gender than the original version, the singer has the option of changing the pronouns--which is sometimes called "straight-washing" the lyrics--or leaving them as they are. Back in the old days, when music publishers actually published printed sheet music for everything, they would sometimes print alternate lyrics on the back, for singers of the opposite gender.
For example, Luther Vandross did a cover of "Killing Me Softly" where he did not change "his" to "her". Joan Jett does Tommy James' "Crimson and Clover". Patti Smith's covered Van Morrison's "Gloria". Patricia Barber does the Doors' "Light My Fire", Paul Anka's "She's a Lady", and Peter Green's "Black Magic Woman", all with unchanged lyrics. (And, yes, "Black Magic Woman" was done by Fleetwood Mac two years before Santana).
Of course, Pet Shop Boys have done lots of love songs. Some of the most obvious are "In Private" (done as a duet with Elton John) and "Try It (I'm in love with a married man)". You might add "Rent" to that list. Scissor Sisters have a few that are technically gender-neutral but are generally understood--or at least assumed--to be gay love songs. For example, "Might Tell You Tonight".
