It would be helpful to have more information but if you are asking what state number North Dakota and Oklahoma are:

North Dakota is listed as state number 39 although it is not known which one was signed first, North Dakota or South Dakota.

Oklahoma is state number 46.

Kansas borders both Oklahoma and Nebraska along most of their northern and southern borders respectively but Colorado does squeeze between them on the easternmost end (of Colorado - its along the southwest southern border of Nebraska and northeast northern border of Oklahoma).
