What structures in transcription are composed of RNA?
In transcription we have examples of structural mimickry of both DNA and RNA but there is no factor which is fully made of RNA, except the transcript that is being made by RNA Pol.

What is an operon composed of?
An Operon is composed of three things: 1. Promoter: Region of DNA where RNA Polymerase initiates transcription. 2. Operator: Signal for transcription of structural genes 3: Structural Genes: Determine the structures of proteins to distinguish them from an adjoining control region on the DNA. The Promoter and the Operator combined is the Control Region.
