What subway do you take from Penn Station to get to the Millennium Hilton?

From Penn Station, take an UPTOWN 1, 2 or 3 train (numbers in red circles) for one stop to Times Square. At Times Square use the staircase at the front of the platform. At the top of the stairs make a right and go to the 42nd St Shuttle (S) train. Take that to Grand Central (one stop).

The 1-2-3 (the red line) and the A-C-E (the blue line) stop at 34th Street-Penn Station.

The Millenium Hilton is at 55 Church Street, between Fulton Street and Dey Street.

Take the Downtown E train (of the A-C-E, the blue line) from 34th Street-Penn Station to the end of the line, the World Trade Center Station (at Church Street), or take the Downtown 2 or 3 trains (of the 1-2-3, the red line) from 34th Street-Penn Station to Park Place.

I believe that you will exit at the Park Place Station, even if you take the E train. So, you will exit the subway on Park Place, between Church Street and Broadway. Walk half a block west to Church Street, then turn left and walk three and a half blocks downtown on Church to 55 Church Street between Fulton and Dey Streets.

If you don't exit at Park Place from the E train, then you will exit on Church Street, at least, so just follow Church Street downtown.

Take the Uptown 1-2-3 (the red line) one stop, from 34th Street-Penn Station to 42nd Street-Times Square (at 7th Avenue). Then walk up 7th Avenue until Broadway crosses through it, then walk up Broadway to 46th Street. The Mariott Marquis is at 1535 Broadway between 45th and 46th Street, but closer to 46th Street.
