What the story with hungry jacks and their traineeships are they being cancelled by det?

Hi Hungry Jack's RTO here, In NSW the Government body that looks after traineeships, the Department of Education & Training (DET) has deemed that some of the traineeship contracts put forward to them for approval did not comply with the States Requirements. This could be for many reasons such as; Previous Qualification of the individual Incorrect hours be given at restaurant level Not an Australian Citizen Staff (managers / crew) unaware of their contractual responsibilities. We are working closely with DET & the employer to remedy the situation
