No. The chipped ignition key did not start until the 1998 model year and was only on the 6 cylinder Contour and Mystique. (I've got a '97 6 cylinder Contour that seems to have a chip in the key.)
I don't know if your 1995 is the same , but according to the ( 1996 ) Ford Contour owners manual : With engine oil filter change : The 2.0 liter four cylinder engine takes ( 4.5 U.S. quarts / 4.3 liters of engine oil )
On the engine end of the upper rad hose. Make sure when you replace it the spring goes toward the engine.
