Nothing. Allah sees everything, humans are Allah's worshipers, and Allah knows everything humans do, so he sees every single thing they see, do, or anything else.

Can a Muslim person keep a diary to write Allah?

Nothing forbids a Muslim person to keep a diary to Allah, however, this is useless. Allah knows what we are doing at every second and knows our thoughts, so there is no need to tell Allah something in a book. If a person wants to ask Allah something, then he or she can make Du'aa. If a person wants guidance from Allah, all he or she needs to do is pray Salat-ul-Istikharra. Allah says in Surat-al-Zalzalah: So he who does a particle's weight of good will see it, (7) And he who does a particle's weight of evil will see it. (8) This shows us that Allah knows whatever we do. The word particle here can also refer to an atom, and whoever does the tiniest thing, Allah will see it and know it.
