Hamsters normally sleep during the day but they may come out to drink or eat .
Its not good to wake them up ! They are nocturnal animals So they make a lot of noise during the night and run around the cage . They dont wake up at a particular time !
Many greetings from Ron (12)
it realii depends on what sort of personality your hamster has, some night it wont come out at all! So it may need a gentle waking up by tapping its house softly. ut normally its round about 7, 8 or 9 o'clock.
Hamsters are nocturnal which means that they sleep during the day and are up in the evening or night.
my hamster usely wakes up around 7:00-9:00 pm
They are normally most active at about 11 at night and will be active all through out the night but if you are looking in to daytime i would say 3 or 4 in the afternoon
i think during the day...not sure though
Nightime.
Yes, but its better if you don't. Hamsters are awake only at night. If you wake them up during the day, they will sometimes bite, or jump up in a fright. If they are nice hamsters they will not be mad.
Hamsters are nocturnal so, yes. They do sleep a LOT. I had a hamster once and he was sleeping 65%. Hamsters wake up around 4o'clock and will bite until about 5'clock.
Try not to wake your hamster up too much. You don't want it to be tired all of the time. If I tried to wake my hamster up, she would bite me, so I would get a treat for her (carrots, nuts, ect.) and put in front of her nose. Then she would be too busy happily eating to bite me!
well as you know they are nocturnal so they wake up around 7-8 pm and stay up for two hours then go back to sleep then they wake up at 7-8 a-m and stay up for about 1 hour then go back to sleep sorry this is long but my hamster Zoe woke up anytime of the day. RIP Zoe.
Hamsters do not hibernate, BUT they go into a hibernating state. Hamsters are not true hibernaters but they go into a state of winter numbness allowing them to hibernate. It hibernates for about four/five months of winter. Normally hamsters should not hibernate.

they sleep in the day and wake up in the night
there is no specific time.
It's a nocturnal animal.
NO they cannot! they will fall asleep and never wake UP AGAIN!!!
In the wild, yes they do. However domestic hamsters usually only hibernate in extreme cold weather. I have had four hamsters and only one went into hibernation. When hamsters hibernate they can easily be mistaken to be dead. One thing you must not do is use a hairdryer to try and wake it up. You shoud just leave it to wake naturally.
Yes they are but some hamsters do come out in the day to get food/water and for other resons. Some hamster also wake up at dawn and dusk.
they are nocturnal which causes them to sleep during the day and wake up at night until the sun comes up

hamsters like children as long as they don't wake them up in the day time and they should be kept away from other animals.
yes, because they like to act like their mom, but if you wake it up it will bite you hard
