acording to doctors the average 1st grader should go to bed at 8:30 and the average 5th grader should go to bed at 9:30.
I'm always in fright about there being a monster under my bed.
It depends when they need to wake up. A fifth grader should be getting 9 hours of sleep each night. So, if they need to wake up at 6:00am they should be in bed by 9:00pm.
I think a 7th grader should go to bed at 9 or 9:30 so they can get enough sleep for the next day. If they have the MCAS I say they should go to bed at 8:30 so they get enough sleep for the BIG test! Hope this helps. If your a 7th grader you probley saw that all of the kids yawn and walk like zombies. LOL
what time dogs should go to bed
I would say from 9:00 to 10. Try to get at least nine hours of sleep if you can but 8th graders shouldn't have to be send to bed at the same time as 4th graders!
I'm 13 and i have a bed time but my bed time isn't until 10 o'clock so i think a 13 year old should have a bed time between 10 and 10:30
You should lock the wheels on a nursing home bed all the time. The only time they should unlocked is when you are transporting the patient or making the bed.
a one year old bed time 7
If you are most comfortable at bed time in pajamas, then yes.
"What does prudent mean?"Not many third graders are familiar with the word."It would be prudent of you to pack up and go to bed, because I've asked you twice already."
what ever time you want to I guess.
A feather bed does not need to be cleaned, most of the time airing it out will do.
Children under the age of 9 should be going to bed...NOW!
get ready for bed at whatever time they want so who cares goshh
It depends on the fifth grader. Depending on when they have to wake up and how much sleep they need i would suggest 8:30 to 9:30. You probably want them to get 9-10 hours of sleep. Hope this helped!
Anywhere between 9:30 and 10 is good enough. Anything earlier than that is unnecessary and anything later is bad.
He was in his bed room on his bed
around 9.00pm, if watching a movie/at a party/ sleepover bed time can be expanded...
Tuck them in and say it is time to go to bed. The first time they come out say it is bed time and put them back in bed. The second time tell them goodnight and put them back in bed. Third time say NOTHING and put them back to bed, continue this until they stay in bed.The child will kick and scream, but don't give in. You could do this 100 times before it works but they will eventually give up and fall asleep.
Eight hours before you have to get up.You should go to bed at any time but you should have at least 10 hours of sleep if you are a child or teenager, and 6-8 hours of sleep if you are an adult.
Establish a bed "time". Do a story. Talk. Say prayers and goodnight. If they get out of bed, pick them up put them back in bed and say, Bedtime. Third time, say NOTHING at all-- just pick them up and put them back into bed and leave. Repeat--- saying NOTHING. They will push the boundaries, scream, cry, etc. But if you keep doing it, they get the message. Stick to the time for bed.
