What to do after defeating the elite four Pokemon emerald?

If you got all silver you will get Lansat berry ( from Scott only) and if you get silver and gold , you get Starf berry ( from Scott only) lansat is a hold item that ups critical and starf is Sharply boost a stat and since you clear battle tower , you also have 50 wins and get a silver shield from Scott too.

Once you defeat Wallace, you will be in your house go down stairs, dad will be home, the tv will say we have spoted a BZZZAT colored Pokemon, mom will ask you what color did they say? if you say red latias will be roaming around the hoenn region, if you pick blue latios will be roaming around the hoenn region. then you will get the S.S ticket, go onto the boat in slateport or lillycove harbor then sail, go into cabin 2 sleep then sail again then you can go to the battle frontier. if you don't have the wailmer pail, go to the house just right oustide of petalburg woods then go to the battle palace in BF use the wailmer pail on the "tree" a sudowoodo lv 40 will attack then go down the waterfall you should be able to go into artistain cave, then call Wallace on your pokenav in artistian cave, he will talk about steven, he will say"im sure he is digging in a craggy mountain or something, but where? all i can think of is a meteorite, go to meteorite falls, use waterfall then go up all the latters, you will find steven in a very craggy room, HE IS VERY STRONG! his lowest lv Pokemon is lvl 75

you go all the way up into sunyshore city and then use surf at the water and then go straight up until you use the move water fall and keep on going till you get to a cave when you get through it you follow the water and there is the elite 4 tower

well there's the battle frontier where you fight each facatily 3 times you get to fight the frontier brain and complete the pokedex this take FOREVER and catch latios/latias they can appear any where and can flee instaly hope this helped (:

go into a House in mauville city, there's one with a man that gives you rock smash, teach rock smash to one of your pokemon.

(carefull you can't forget rock smash until later on in the game in Lilycove city)

Go north of mauville city, there's 2 rocks, smash them.

Keep going north than turn left when u see a desert area

(you can't go in the desert yet)

back to the point:

Turn left, than turn north when u see staircases on a mountain.

Also you will see 2 magma grunts.

go into the cave and exit the cave throught the other entrance at the back of the cave.

keep going right than north when you see some trainers and a guy staring at a tree. from there on you will see an area (route) that looks like it's snowing.

that route has lots of spindas and trainers, also keep going left on that route you will see a town, when you get there keep going when you see a cave, there on you will know what to do.

After the cave: go to the 4th gym.
