The msconfig tool.
To do this, type into the start menu msconfig and press enter. Go to the startup tab and uncheck the ones that you don't what to run on windows startup, once you've finished, click ok and reboot windows
Win + R -> Type in the field msconfig. Click on "Startup" tab you will see what you need.
Also you can use Autoruns from Systeminternals, it is free and very good.
You can use Windows Defender to disable programs that run at startup, or using System Configuration.

Bring up Windows Defender. There is a section in it that shows all the background applications running.
