∙ 14y agoWhile it is legal for 18 year olds in California to gamble in tribal casinos, it is still illegal for them to drink alcohol. Since alcohol is served in the gaming areas many casinos have decided as a practical matter to limit gambling to those at least 21 years of age. According to the Barona, Pauma, and Syquan websites, they allow 18 year olds to gamble. Viejas did at one time, though it's not clear from their website whether this is still true or not. This is not an exhaustive list, it's just a few that made the information relatively easy to find.
