Not likely. There MIGHT be a chance you can get hired with a company which doesn't use DAC, but that's no guarantee, whatsoever - they're still going to call your previous employers and find out why you were terminated. It may be time to accept that your career is over, and you should seek a new line of work.
When you fill out an application, you're required to give a ten year work history. So, you have ten years of failing that drug test to haunt you.
