Out of all honesty, it depends on the girl. I myself am I girl so I might be able to help you out. Step 1: Hang around her, see her personality and things she likes the most. I'm not saying to stalk her or anything, but start with a simple conversation asking things she likes. For example, if she is more of the punk/emo type, see what kind of music or art she is interested in. If she's not then ask about her life. One thing girls can get very cautious about is loyalty. And believe me, it hurts. Always be loyal to the girl. Step 2: Honestly, just be yourself. If this girl/girls don't like you for you really are then they really don't deserve to be with you.
