sounds like 3rd degree burn
Thermal burn.
Torn tissue and/or the presence of semen.
The type of burn you're referring to is a 3rd degree burn, the worst kind. Skin is burnt and charred and needs to be replaced, and the flesh is burned down to muscle tissue.(This can also be referred to as a fourth-degree or "full thickness" burn.)First Degree burns are usually red skin with some blisters, while 2nd Degree burns are more serious, resulting in burning of the outer skin layer and some subsequent skin layers, but the skin isn't charred and can grow back without a graft.---This could be a close range gunshot wound. The lacerated muscle mass at the center surrounded by the charring area (perhaps also containing smoke powder) points towards a gunshot injury. Burn wise, this is obviously a thermal burn.
There is a visible rise of the chest
If signs of life become visible you should check for a pulse. If the victim has no pulse, CPR should be continued. If the victim has a pulse, CPR should be ceased but you must continue to monitor the victim's vital signs.
Move. Muscles atrophy when they are not used enough. If the victim of muscle atrophy cannot move unassisted, move the muscle for them. Daily exercise of the muscle will replenish the range of motion. Note that it might be painful like stretching can sometimes be, but worse. Be careful not to put too much stress on the atrophied muscle, but it must be done unless the victim wants to revert permanently to the fetal position.
Any bleeding that occurs inside the human body and is not visible externally, it can be extremely dangerous if left untreated. If you suspect internal bleeding call 911 or get the victim medical attention as quickly as possible. Monitor the victim for signs of shock.
They are certainly allowed to drink it if they are conscious. Do not run water on a type 3 or an electrical burn (charred skin). You can apply water on type 1-2(Redness and blisters).
The length of time for an injury to heal depends on the health of the victim and the type of injury. In general, the injury can take months to heal.
A direct victim is the actual victim of a situation. If a man is beating his wife, she is the direct victim.
