Soap Operas, internationally known as Telenovelas.
Really weird but my orchestra director told us how......back a long time ago(I don't know how long) when the shows we now call soap operas would play on television, the commercials would always be advertising a type of soap. So that's why people started calling them soap operas. By the way, I don't know how the word opera got there.

It depends on what type of camera you would like. A digital SLR can vary from $600 to $6000. A regular point and shoot can vary from $70 to $1200. So if you will use it professionally get an SLR if its just for personal reasons then get a point and shoot.
it depends on if you mean a camera timer or an overall timer.. if an overall timer then yes. if a camera timer then no, none of the blackberry's have a timer for your camera. but if you go on app world and type in "nux shoot" you will get one, it is completely free and great.
