the oil that is usually for grizzly is 10w30 but to make sure take your seat off and read the label on your breather it shold be listed under liquids
a Yamaha main dealer said it was 35mphbut after i got my mates mechanic to take a look and up rate some of the linkages and throtle cabels and stuff it now does a minimum of 45 mph
If you have to ask this question. It is in you best interest to take it to a shop. I am in noway doggin on you. Its not a simple process to rebuild a motor. Or to correctly build a reliable motor.
On the side of the pullstart, there should be two black plastic covers. If you take the top one off you will be able to see the oil plug.
