None. All fish need proper filtration and room
Only some need large tanks and filters, The betta can live in a classic bowl. In a place where this is moderate light and they dont keed filters but require room temputer and regular cleening. xD
Fish bowls are rubbish for keeping fish in. This is because the surface area of the water is extremely small so the water is not well oxygenated, also they are not filtered. If you must use a fish bowl to house a fish only fill it to the widest point of the bowl, do not over feed, a small pinch every other day is plenty and change one third of the water every week and more often if the weather is hot. The only fish that will survive if you follow my advice is a bulk stander-ed run of the mill as small as you can find goldfish, any thing else will certainly die.
in my experience it depends on how big they are it depends on how big the tank and the fish are on how many you can have in the tank or bowl
i can recomend shibunkins fan tail goldfish goldfish but if you get a heater about £10 you can get tropical fish wihitch look beter but are just as easy to look after
You shouldn't keep any type of fish in a bowl. Even the smallest need a tank with correct equipment.
The price of a small fish bowl is about $24.99! A small fish bowl with nothing in it that holds a gallon of water, costs about $6-$10. You can get them at PetSmart or Walmart. Betta fish don't need a filter but other fish do. So, that will add on to the price of the bowl. Most people like to put something in the bowl, again, that will cost you extra. So, it really depends on how much you want or need in the bowl.
There are species of parrot fish that live in saltwater, but there is also a parrot fish that lives in freshwater. Neither of these two types of fish would live for long in a small fish bowl. Both saltwater and freshwater parrot fish require at least a 30 gallon aquarium properly equipped with filtration and a heater.Freshwater parrot fish are commonly kept by hobbyists because they are easy to keep and make great pets. These fish are the believed to be the result of interbreeding two different species of cichlids.Another huge reason that freshwater parrot fish would not do well in a fish bowl is that they can grow to a length of over 8 inches. They are semi-aggressive and do well in most community aquariums.
yes, in order to keep your fish alive, it's best to clean the fish bowl as often as you can.
Microwaves give off well, microwaves and electromagnetic radiation; the waves may affect your fish's health.
yes, but it would be better if it had a filter too, so the water would circulate.
no. a fish bowl is way way way too small for any fish, let alone a group of tiger barbs and mollies.
A fish bowl is not a solution its what you keep your goldfish/ beta fish in :P
it depends how big the fish bowl is
Its not recommended to keep any fish in a bowl. Because of the small amount of water, temperature and chemicals easily change. Ammonia is a deadly chemical that builds up quickly in an unfiltered small bowl. Bowls can cause fish to become stressed, which leaves it prone to diseases and shortens its life. Also bowls are way too small for any fish to live in.
It may be possible to keep 4 small fish in a one gallon fish bowl, depending on the type, size and needs of the fish you choose. It will also depend on whether or not the fish bowl has a filter, and if your fish can live without a heater. For example, because they do not get large, 4 white cloud minnows can be kept in a one gallon bowl with a filter and they do not require a heater. You can also keep a male beta or Siamese fighting fish with a few white cloud minnows; or 2 small goldfish which can grow too large or the bowl.
A small net
Bettas (chinese fighting fish) are very easy to care for. Feed them 2-3 times a week, can keep in a small bowl, keep out of dierect sunlight. Clean bowl once a week to once a month.
Betta
The cheapest way to keep a goldfish is to keep it in a fish bowl.........as long as the bowl is big enough the fish will be happy there.
I guess you mean Puffer fish. If so, then the answer is definitely NO! IMO there is no fish that should be kept in a fish bowl.
