I notice your Question says it is in Penguins. Penguins are found at the South Pole but not at the North Pole.It is possible that you might find polar Bears at the north pole but even for them that is a long way north. Should one be in the area the bears live on seals as a major source of protein and fish or sea mammal carcasses such as whales when found. To a Polar Bear anything alive on the ice belongs to him to hunt, even humans.
Most food at the North Pole is brought in by plane, so whatever the Inuit order from the stores down south is what would be on the menu. Some of these people come south only once a year and do a huge shopping expedition; they purchase everything that they will need for the next year; clothing, textiles, food, sheet metal, screws, tools, CDs, DVDs and learning tapes, as well as school supplies and reading material. All of these purchases are sent to a central depot where they are packed into cargo bins and shipped by boat (or plane) to the northernmost point (perhaps Iqaluit in Nunavit Territory) and then transported overland or flown in from there....
They eat lots of fish and meat. They eat all kinds of meat like seal, Polar bear and even some different types of sea bird.
You can eat polar bears, birds, fish, snow rabbit and Linx
cookies and milk
Santa Claus is the only person living at the North Pole, and he only lives there about three months a year. When living there, he's too busy to eat nutritious meals, and he mostly snacks on fruit cake, sugar cookies, and candy canes while he is working. Most of the year, Santa Claus lives at North Pole, Indiana. He enjoys roast beef, potatoes in every form, pulled pig sandwiches, broccoli, and is especially fond of a hot bowl of vietnamese pho with lots of sriracha (hot sauce). He also loves snitz and knepp. Santa's elves spend about five months a year at the North Pole, and they eat similar foods to what Santa eats, although they tend to eat a lot of sushi, and think Ernie's leek soup is to die for.

There are no penguins at the north pole. Penguins are only found in the southern hemisphere.
Penguins live strictly in the South Pole and in parts of South America very close to the South Pole. People say polar bears eat penguins but they can't because polar bears live at the north pole.
Elves, in real life, are just people who are 'small' or a 'midget' because of some disease or condition. They do NOT have pointed ears and do NOT work for Santa. They are just normal people.Santa elf: North poleOut door: woodland areasin the north poleat the north pole. You can't live in a pole.

Anything they want to. They each have a magical cateen around their necks that, when the magical potion inside is poured out, will turn into whatever they want to eat !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WRONG!!!!! They eat vagina
Santa lives at the North Pole. The cost of flying penguins from Antarctica would be prohibitive and the birds taste too much like fish to attempt to eat them.
Elves drink the morning dew and eat the sweet clover honey from a meadow beehive.
Santa raises his reindeer at his place at the North Pole.
because they eat milk and cookies with santa and the elves to be fat enough to fly
Elves have very special food that Santa Clause makes for them himself. He knows elves are special and need lots of nutritious foods. Elves are tiny people so Santa has to make their food teeny tiny. They eat small hamburgers with lots of lettuce on them. Elves love cookies so Santa makes tiny cookies with little sprinkles of sparkling sugar nuggets on them.
