There are two joints between the forearm bone and wrist:

Arm is not a joint. On proximal side of arm you have shoulder joint and on distal side you have an elbow joint.

For the lower ball joint, remove the lower control arm and the ball joint seal. Press the ball joint from the control arm. Press the new ball joint into the lower control arm ensuring it is fully seated, install a new seal and the lower control arm.
what i know you can't take that ball joint to upper control arm but if you buy the upper control arm the ball joint comes with it.
