first you buy a pretzel shape device then after you do that you take a bowl put flower in it then one tbs of salt and put two eggs then mix the whole thing up , then take the pretzels shape device and shape the dough in pretzel form, then put the dough on a baking pan sheet and put it in the oven for 5 hours and when the pretzel is done sprinkle some salt on each on, let it sit there for 2 or 3 or maybe more minutes ,then when that's done you could enjoy a delicous mouth watering pretzel , put some dipping sauce to make it sweet if you like . and that's how one makes pretzel.

Germany- A pretzel (German: Brezel) is a type of baked food made from dough in soft and hard varieties and savory or sweet flavors in a unique knot-like shape, originating in Europe. The pretzel shape is a distinctive symmetrical looped form, with the ends of a long strip of dough intertwine brought together and then twisted back onto itself in a certain way ("a pretzel loop"). Pretzels in stick form may also be called pretzels in the English-speaking context. For seasoning and decoration various glazes, salt crystals, sugar and various seeds or nuts can be used. The size varies from large enough for one to be sufficient, to much smaller.
