They can eat a variety of vegetables. Some of my guinea pig's favorites are celery, cabbage leaves, lettuce (the type you would find in salads), carrots (baby or the long kind), and cucumbers. REMEMBER, they're NEVER cooked, only served raw! Some fruits are also Oranges and grapes. Hope I cleared things up!

Guinea pigs can eat a large variety of fruits and vegetables, specifically ones that are high in Vitamin C because guinea pigs cannot produce it on their own. Guinea pigs should also be offered a constant supply of hay to chew on, preferably Timothy hay or mixed grass hay because they're low in calories and calcium.

Fruit shouldn't be offered more than once or twice a week, as guinea pigs can develop a sweet tooth and choose to ignore their veggies to snack on bananas and strawberries instead.

Healthy vegetables for guinea pigs:

Alfalfa

Carrot tops

Celery

Clovers

Collard greens

Cucumbers

Dandelion greens

Escarole

Green peppers

Kale

Mint

Mustard greens

Pea pods

Radish leaves

Romaine Lettuce

Iceberg (high in nitrates and low in nutrients, can cause diarrhea if given in excess), any vegetable in the cabbagefamily (can cause bloat), beet greens (too high in oxalates), pickled vegetables (sour krauts, dills, capers), potatoes, collard greens, red hot chilli peppers, jalapeno peppers, hot herbs and spices, bok choy, tomato leaves, tamarillo leaves, corn kernels, popcorn.

Also, most of the home plants are poisonous.
